What type of events do you do?

We love to be invited to all types of events! Birthdays, weddings, showers, graduations, non-profit events, retirement parties, corporate events, happy hours, private parties, holiday and themed parties, and so much more!

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured! We carry general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance.

Do you supply or offer the sale of alcohol?

Due to California state laws, we cannot provide or sell alcohol. We are a dry hire mobile bar/bartending service; we pour what is supplied by the event host or venue. The alcohol needs to be supplied by a caterer, the venue, or the client directly.

If you are not providing the alcohol, where should I get it and how much should I purchase?

We will provide recommendations of where to purchase alcohol in advance as well as provide a list of alcohol types and minimum quantities based on your curated drink menu. We take care of the nitty gritty details so you don't have to!

Do you only serve alcoholic drinks?

Nope! We offer non-alcoholic beverages as well! Mocktails, spritzers, craft lemonades and fruit juices, Italian soda, hot cocoa bar, you name it! Let us know what you have in mind!

Where are you located? How far will you travel?

We are based out of Lodi, CA. All our packages include 50 miles travel round trip. Additional travel fees will apply to locations outside of our included range.

What is your payment and refund policy?

A 25% deposit will be required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.  Cancellations made within 90 days of your event will not receive a refund for the deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before your event, you will be responsible for the remaining amount of the agreed upon fees.

What requirements are needed for the trailer set up?

The horse trailer mobile bar requires flat ground for setup and service, access for set up/breakdown and two standards outlets within 100 feet. If access to electrical outlets is not possible, we'll bring a silent generator. 

What are the dimensions of the mobile bar?

The horse trailer mobile bar is approximately 6' W x 12' L x 7' H.

Can we just hire you for bartending services without the horse trailer?

Absolutely! If you already have the bar space and just need our bartenders, we would love to work with you!

Do "hours of service" include set up and tear down time?

No, the hours of service begin when we first start serving your guests drinks to last call of the event. Additional time for set up and tear down prior to and following the event are included in the quote we provide.
